Born Cassandra Peterson, this raven-wigged maven drew the infamous name Elvira from a coffee can just before she premiered as the host of Movie Macabre (1981). The rest is horror show history as she BECAME Elvira from there on out! The term “boob tube” was never more apropos than when the curvaceous Cassandra flaunted her monstrous cleavage for late night TV. Viewers sat through schlocky spookers in hopes of catching a glimpse of her beaming bosom. Cassandra made an appearance on the aptly named Famous T & A (1982), and we sure love to watch her shake her tricks and treats. In Jekyll And Hyde…Together Again (1982) Cassandra treats us to her fully bare, haunted hooters once again. In Allan Quartermain and the Lost City of Gold (1987), the midnight mistress parades around in a golden bra. Cassandra’s cazoongas are larger than life in Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (1988). While she never fully disrobes in this cult classic, Cassandra’s cleavage is almost the central focus on the film, and we get a shot of the scream queen in a bedazzled, spider bra.
